Dr. Jennifer L. Bellotti

Dr. Jennifer Bellotti earned her Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2018. In addition, she has a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis and a M.S.Ed. in School Psychology from Long Island University. She has extensive experience providing behavior analytic services in public schools, therapeutic day schools and private homes for children between the ages of four through eighteen with differing levels of functioning and behavioral needs.
Additionally, Dr. Bellotti has taken several roles within the school setting, collaborating with professionals of diverse backgrounds to best serve the needs of her clients. She has been involved in several behavior analytic studies and has presented at regional and international conferences. Dr. Bellotti’s current research interests include addressing bullying from a behavior analytic perspective and ways to increase treatment integrity for the implementation of evidence-based practices.
Dr. Carrie Freimuth

Dr. Carrie Freimuth received her Ph.D. in the Experimental Analysis of Behavior from the University of Florida in Gainesville, FL in 2007. She was certified as a BCBA-D in 2005, and has served a prominent role in several major clinical-research programs, including The Florida Center on Self-Injury (National Institute of Mental Health Grant, 2002-2007), the Alachua County ARC Prader-Willi Syndrome Program (2004-2007), and the University of Florida Autism Program (Shands Hospital Division of Child & Adolescent Psychiatry Grant, 2002-2006).
Dr. Carrie Freimuth served as a tenure-track faculty member in the Department of Psychology & Child Development at the California State University, Stanislaus, in Turlock, CA from 2007-2014, where she established a master’s-level training clinic in severe behavior disorders.
Dr. Carrie Freimuth has consulted in a multitude of settings and populations, ranging from sheltered workshops to intensive residential care facilities. She has published a number of peer-reviewed journal articles in the Journal of Applied Behavior Analysis, and has assisted with the translation of a behavioral academic research paper for sale glossary of terms to aid the development of Spain’s behavior-analyst certification process.
Dr. Philip Erb
BCBA-D & Regional Director
Dr. Philip Erb earned his Ph.D. in Behavior Analysis from the University of Florida, his M.A. in Psychological Sciences, and B.S. in Psychology from James Madison University in Virginia. He has taught graduate and undergraduate level courses in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, and Statistics and Measurement and has conducted both basic and applied research. He has several years of experience providing applied behavior analysis services to individuals with a variety of developmental disabilities in home and clinic settings.
Several of Dr. Erb’s main areas of interest are teaching functional communication skills to individuals with autism, behavioral interventions for addiction, and decision-making processes. Prior to joining FSBA, Dr. Erb established and developed new clinic sites in the state of Oregon as a Clinical Director for the Center for Autism and Related Disorders.
He is currently Regional Director of Clinical Services for Tampa and Hillsborough County with Full Spectrum Behavior Analysis (FSBA). Throughout his graduate training, he has published a number of articles in peer-reviewed journals, and presented at state and national conferences.
Dr. Terrence Bryant
Dr. Terrence Bryant has over 20 years of practical experience in providing Applied Behavior Analysis services to a variety of populations. These include individuals with severe emotional-behavioral disturbances, autism and related disorders, intellectual disabilities, various mental illnesses, and a host of other issues requiring treatment. He has served these populations in state ICF facilities, family home settings, group home settings, foster care, schools, independent living environments, shelter placements, and other community settings. Dr. Bryant has a wealth of experience in behavioral assessment and behavior treatment plan development.
Dr. Bryant also has 10 years of experience as a lead professor and faculty mentor with Kaplan University and currently serves as an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences at Purdue University Global. Dr. Bryant’s academic and research interests are in the areas of Applied Behavior Analysis and Multicultural Issues in Psychology. His educational background includes Bachelor’s and Master's degrees in Psychology from East Carolina University and a Ph.D. in Psychology from Capella University.
Dr. Bryant’s goal is to further his professional efforts by partnering with community and non-profit organizations with the mission of serving those who face everyday challenges posed by emotional-behavioral problems, intellectual disabilities, and mental disorders.
Dr. Abdullah Alshehri

Dr. Abdullah Alshehri has served adults and children in different settings as a teacher and a Behavior Analyst. He graduated with his Doctorate of Philosophy in Special Education from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Dr. Alshehri has worked with adults with Developmental Disabilities and Traumatic Brian Injury. He also has experience working with younger learners in home, school, and outpatient settings.
Additionally, Dr. Alshehri was adjunct professor at the University at Buffalo, as well as Medaille College, where he taught courses in severe and moderate disabilities, classroom management, and special education. Dr. Alshehri’s research interests include assessment and treatment of problem behaviors, implementation practices in applied settings, and identifying and implementing evidence-based practices and instructional design.
He’s been awarded various scholarships, been involved in grants, and has presented in numerous national and international conferences. Dr. Alshehri has been part of multiple research studies, including projects to target staff implementation of behavioral procedures, and testing different procedures to increase social communication for learners with autism and related disorders.
Dr. Sara Mulholland
EdD, LPA & BCBA
Dr. Sara Mulholland, EdD, LPC, BCBA earned her Doctor of Education (EdD) in Organizational Leadership in Behavioral Health from Grand Canyon University, and she earned a master’s degree (M.Ed.) in counseling from the University of Missouri – St. Louis. Dr. Mulholland has over 15 years of experience in the field of behavioral health. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a Residence at Work (R@W) practitioner. She has worked with children and adults in multiple settings, including communities, residential facilities, hospitals, prisons, and group homes.
Additionally, Dr. Mulholland frequently is invited to present at national and international conferences addressing behavior modification, client care, mental health topics, and resilience. She is an adjunct professor teaching master’s level courses for mental health degrees. She has a passion for working with children of multiple abilities to help them discover their own passions and potential. Her current research interests include sleep issues with autism, food-seeking behaviors, aggressive behaviors, and ABA treatment dosage.
Dr. Jessica L. Moore
PhD, BCBA-D & Assistant Vice President of Clinical Services
Dr. Moore attended the University of South Florida for a B.A. in Psychology and for her master's degree, graduating with a M.A. in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2015, and then a PhD in Applied Behavior Analysis from USF. She has experience working with children with developmental disability in homes and schools, and has coordinated with other BCBA-Ds while at Full Spectrum ABA on improving school services.
Dr. Moore’s goal is to add M.D. to her title, allowing her to add other medical treatments and expertise to her tool-belt. Her recent dissertation is titled “An Evaluation of the Individualized Behavior Rating Scale Tool (IBRST) in Inclusive Classroom Settings”. Her research interests include assessment of severe problem behaviors, and problem behavior relapse. She currently makes up a skilled group of 6 BCBA-Ds serving children with Full Spectrum ABA in Florida.
Dr. Eileen M. Lyons
Licensed School Psychologist
Dr. Eileen Lyons has served children with challenging behaviors and learning difficulties for over 20 years in the capacity of a School Psychologist and Behavior Analyst. She has served children in Illinois, Iowa, and Florida. Dr. Lyons graduated from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana, pursued a Masters Degree at Governor's State University in Illinois, and completed her Doctorate of Philosophy in School Psychology at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Lyons is passionate about inclusion, implementing interventions with fidelity, and helping every child she has the privilege to assist reaching his/her full potential. She’s excited to join Full Spectrum ABA’s passionate cadre of experts, and to lend her exquisite skill-set to help fulfill their mission of ensuring every child under Full Spectrum ABA’s care excels and grows.
Dr. Danielle Cimorelli
Dr. Danielle Cimorelli earned her Ph.D. in School Psychology from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh, PA. She completed her predoctoral internship through the Pittsburgh Public School District, as well as a one-year postdoctoral fellowship in Developmental Disabilities through the University of Tennessee Boling Center for Developmental Disabilities in Memphis, TN.
She is currently a professionally licensed psychologist in the state of Florida. Dr. Cimorelli has nearly a decade of comprehensive assessment and evaluation experience, starting with working within the school setting for several years to provide psychoeducational evaluations to help determine Special Education and Gifted eligibility.
After working in the schools, she provided comprehensive diagnostic evaluations for children aged 2-18 years in a clinical setting, including testing for Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and learning disabilities. She also worked as part of a multidisciplinary team to complete developmental evaluations for children aged birth to 3 years within Florida’s Early Intervention program.
In addition to her diagnostic experience, Dr. Cimorelli has facilitated individual therapy for children and teens in both school and clinical settings, as well as parent coaching and early intervention therapy for very young children in their natural environments She has served as a supervisor for professional psychology interns and is passionate about providing comprehensive and ethical training to the next generation of psychologists and human services practitioners.
Dr. Cimorelli’s professional focus lies in providing and expanding access to much-needed therapeutic services supporting the needs of children and families. Dr. Cimorelli’s research interests include helping to further the fields of developmental disabilities, Autism, and ABA.
